Limited Use Agreement
As a condition to your purchase
and/or use of Joy Of Code - The Book, you agree to the following terms
and conditions. As referred to herein, "you" are the person
who purchases and/or uses Joy Of Code - The Book, and whose identity
is registered at joyofcode.com. "I", "We" or "Company"
refers to "TryNet, Inc., 136 Pershing Ave., Nutley, NJ 07110. "JOC
- TB" refers to Joy Of Code - The Book.
- You are expressly forbidden to alter, copy, or transmit
all or any portion of the document "Chapters, Labs, Appendices
and Front Office.pdf" in any manner or medium now known or hereinafter
constituted.
- Permission granted to you to make one printed copy of this document
for your personal use.
- The materials and content of "JOC - TB" are provided
on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express
or implied. You expressly agree that the use of "JOC –
TB" is at your sole risk. Company does not warrant that "JOC
– TB" is error free, nor does company make any warranty
as to any results that may be obtained by use of "JOC –
TB." Company makes no other warranties, expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose, in relation to the"JOC –
TB."
- Under no circumstances shall company be liable to you or any
other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive
damages arising out of, or relating to, this agreement. Your sole
and exclusive remedy hereunder shall be for you to discontinue your
use of "JOC – TB."
- . This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New
Jersey and the United States without reference to conflicts of laws.
- No refund is allowed once Joy Of Code - The Book is in your possession.

to send your check to receive your CD-ROM.
