Course Outline

In 10 Weeks – Or Less – Go From Someone Who Wishes They Could Create Web Pages To Someone Who Can!

After you complete Intro to HTML using the most current markup – HyperText Markup Language (HTML 5) – you’ll be able to create web pages that unleash the power of industry standards.

With each Lesson you’ll be building the skills needed to create any web site project because you will be learning how to build a site the right way. We will build a five page site I call In My Garden. It features all of the important tags you need to know.

Testimonials Intro To HTML was truly a joy. Bud's writing style is clear, simple, and humorous. He does not use jargon, which is a refreshing change from the books and other courses on coding. I've read many books on web design topics - from HTML to CSS - and I've taken the classes. ...I found myself saying, "Oh! I get it!" so many times I can't recall.. ...If you have a choice of courses, take this one, you won't be disappointed.

I am so happy to have found Joy of Code! I could have taken this class at my college but I didn't want the pressure of grades. Now I can enjoy learning without pain! Bud is always there when I need him, guiding me along and keeping it simple and straightforward. If I make a mistake, he carefully explains what happened instead of just handing me a bad grade. I'm now on my way to doing something I've wanted to do for a long time, make my own websites!
